Four Years Young - Jojo

So, she turns four on Monday and we'll be there to see her off for her first day of school! Well, Kindergarten that is. She's such an excited bundle of energy about going to school and that she's such a big girl now that she'll be going to school.

So, since the weekends plans were all booked up we had a little birthday cake yesterday and a couple of presents, so naturally, since I Shoot People, I grabbed a couple of impromptu portraits of Jordynn outside...

One can't have a birthday cake withhout cake and since what every little girl needs is a purse why not have a Purse Cake? Of course, a purse cake! And not just a purse cake, but a Pink Purse Cake, for this is a girl we're talking about. And a very cute one at that.

One can't have a birthday cake without candles, and so who better to light them that Dad!

Were her sisters there? Why of course they were there! I grabbed a couple of quick snaps of them also. Hopefully that ought to keep the grandparents happy!

Kids are such fun, I love to shoot them! With a camera, of course.
