Storm over the Teton Range 2 BW

FLR3009838401 2008

Just cruising looking for wildlife and the sun poked through these clouds on the field in the foreground with such splendour that I ran off the road and jumped out of our huge rented SUV and was able to grab a couple of frames before it disappeared again. Naturally I've padded the two frames out to five with different treatments. And yet I can't decide which I prefer out of all of them...

Worth stopping for, just be glad you didn't have to set up an 8x10 on a tripod in order to catch the light before it disappeared again!

The color version is nice too but this is the best of the group. Very dramatic. Glad to have you as a contact.

Love this. Such a great combination of elements. And the bw/pano treatment really works. Well done.
